Hi, I'm Jed.

I am a nature photographer from San Diego. Back in 2019, I got attracted to black and white photography which I continue to focus on and further develop my artistic vision. My black and white photos have a few distinctive features, one of them is the simplicity of the composition, another is an artistic editing process.

I hope you enjoy browsing through my gallery as each photo demonstrates my love for nature. I try to show nature’s spiritual energy, the silence, the mystery of life, it’s pure beauty, and, of course, help in wildlife protection. Black and white photos help me to truly express the beauty of simplicity.

While my first inspiration to get into photography came from the world of fashion and for a while, I learned from well-known photographers Sagar Manjarres and Kesler Tran. I understood the best beauty is in nature. It’s breathtaking landscapes, vibrant flowers, majestic animals amaze and capture my heart.

I will try to show through my work how beautiful our world is, to open the eyes of others and to inspire people to love and care for nature. I believe black and white photos help to see the world from a different perspective and to connect to the inner feelings that people do not usually express.
